1. How to Enter
To enter the #MoveWithNeoCell Challenge Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), entrants must:
- Post a photo or video to either TikTok or Instagram
- Follow @neocellcollagen on TikTok or @neocell on Instagram, as applicable
- Include #MoveWithNeoCellChallenge and #NeoCell_Sweepstakes at the start of their caption
- Tag @neocellcollagen on TikTok or @neocell on Instagram
2. Entrant Requirements
- Must have a valid email address
- Must have a residential address within the 48 continental United States
All information is subject to verification by Sponsor.
3. Compliance with Laws and Platform Requirements
Entries must comply with all Instagram and TikTok terms, guidelines, and applicable laws. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or TikTok.
All information is submitted to Sponsor via these platforms. In the event of a conflict between platform rules and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Entry Property and Limits
- Limit one (1) entry per platform account (maximum two (2) entries total)
- Proof of submission is not proof of receipt
- No altered, forged, or automated entries permitted
5. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Violations may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Sweepstakes Period
Start: April 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT
End: May 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT
Entries submitted outside this period are not eligible.
7. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 48 continental United States, age 18 or older.
Not eligible:
- Sponsor employees and affiliates
- Immediate family members or household members of Sweepstakes Parties
8. Random Drawing; Odds
Two (2) winners will be selected randomly after the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor decisions are final and binding.
9. Prizes
Each winner will receive:

Approximate Value: $161.00 USD
Prizes are non-transferable. Taxes and related expenses are the winner’s responsibility.
Sponsor covers shipping.
Acceptance grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s likeness and information for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
10. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by Direct Message on each relevant platform shortly after the Sweepstakes Period concludes, expected to be on or after 05/15/26.
- Must respond within five (5) days
- May be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release or similar document
- Failure to respond results in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner
Limit one (1) Prize per person or household.
11. Entrant License to Sponsor
Participation in Sweepstakes shall constitute permission for Sponsor to use an entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, or other information and/or any statements made by an entrant regarding this Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and commercial purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
12. Additional Terms
In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.
- No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted
- Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or errors
- Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Sweepstakes
- Sponsor may disqualify entrants for tampering or misconduct
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR AND SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties
ENTRANTS AND WINNER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND/OR ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY “SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, FOR LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST OR EXPENSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH OR PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES, OR POSSESSION, ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF PRIZE.
ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00 USD).
THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
14. Disputes; Governing Law
THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF DELAWARE.
All disputes must be resolved individually in courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
